November 4th I stopped in and asked about a fuel filter change on my ram 2500, they stated that it was late and the part wasn't here but they would send out to get the part from O'Reilly's. We decided it was too late and that I would come back on Wednesday, Issac assured me the part would be there and Lindsey told me to come at 7 a.m. and she would fit me in to have it fixed. I'm a single woman who travels full time in my Motorhome. I had stopped at the flying J up the road for gas and noticed that my wheel cover had lost its lug nuts and was only being held on by my valve extensions. I had just had new tires put on in Mississippi in June of 2021. I went inside and asked the girls at the desk if they could help me and one of them immediately went and got Kyle who came outside to look at my tire. He went back inside and came out in a few minutes with two lug nuts and put them on my wheel. They didn't charge me anything and I was on my way again! This business came through

We were on a family trip in our RV that we had just purchased. We developed a fuel leak outside of nashville. They said one price and then charged another. They charged me 327.00 to tell me what i already knew. Paid them to fix my truck, when they got there they said they couldnt get parts to fix it, which I did in 10 min, then charged me 327.00 to not do anything! The dispatch lady was beyond rude. The tech was nice and honestly felt bad about the charge too. Definitely would not recommend!

I had a flat tire on 10/11/21 evening I called this company call specialized truck repair, so the gentleman got there 30 minutes later that was great. Now when he was ready to fixed my tire on my truck his air compressor wasn’t working, the job wasn't done but he still want me to pay his mileage $30 to come out and plus two hrs service $260 NOT DOING NOTHING on my truck. At the end he called one of his co-worker to come out to fix the tire. When arrived she increase the price of the new tire by $50 more. But the previous guy already gave me his price $300. I had dropped off my medium duty flatbed tow truck because it needed a front leaf spring hanger and front end alignment. Nicole kept me informed through out the whole process!! She called when they received parts, when the truck was completed, and then! (I didn’t know they don’t offer front end alignments) so Nicole sent my truck to have it done for me! They performed all the work I asked and their initial quote was extremely reasonable! I highly recommend!

I took my motorhome in because of power loss going up steep hills when towing. This was a new problem as I have been towing it for 6 months with no issues. They ran some diagnostics but couldn’t find anything wrong. When I picked it up, I was surprised to find out there was no charge!! Not even a diagnostic charge! Customer service like that is very rare these days! I will definitely return whenever I need their services!

I was in Gallatin Tennessee for a delivery from Vernon Alabama. I was hauling a pneumatic tankers. The feed line kept getting stopped up because it would not hold the pressure on the rear pod.. well I found this place on the internet. Very bad service. replacement of the injector caps, cost $ 3195, nothing was repaired for a week, after 8 days the cost increased to $ 5850, dirt inside from mechanics, the sensor in the engine was broken, they require $ 250 for replacement, the diesel was not pumped into the water separator. the check engine light is on. demand more money to correct their mistakes. Broke the cable, didn’t fix it. if you want to lose money, they will help you.
