The combination of effort and skill is tough to find. I've been to many different chiropractors, and Dr. Kouch exceeds them all with his adjusting skills, soft tissue techniques, and bedside manners. I always feel comfortable and listened to. Dr Kouch grew up in the North Shore before attending and graduating from Boston College with a Biology Pre-Med degree in 2001.

What are chiropractic adjustments? Chiropractic adjustments are specific thrusts into synovial joints. Adjustments are also known as manipulations, grade V mobilizations, or HVLA (high velocity low amplitude) thrusts. Chiropractic adjustments employ a variety of techniques depending on the location and amount of fixation of the deranged joints.
Most major insurance carriers cover chiropractic services with a co-pay or co-insurance at the time of visit. A referral is typically never required for services even if your plan typically requires a referral for other medical services. Kouch Chiropractic is a preferred provider for Blue Cross, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts and Medicare.
A thorough examination, including a detailed general health history, history of the present complaint, as well as orthopedic, neurologic, and range of motion tests will be performed. The evaluation is likely one of the most comprehensive examination you will have. The purpose on the evaluation is to determine whether chiropractic care is right for your condition.

I went to Dr Kouch for the first time in September 2015. I was having lower back pain. The first apt lasted about an hour. Dr Kouch was thorough and asked many questions in order to properly treat my lower back pain. He's patient and focused. His treatments have greatly reduced (nearly eliminated! ) my pain. He's also helped with neck pain and stiffness.
I highly recommend Dr Kouch.

Not sure why the other reviews of this place are hidden, but don't be deterred by the lack of reviews- this office is great and extremely professional. My fiancé and I came here on a multi-weekly basis until our insurance changed and we couldn't come here anymore (we're still mourning the loss). Dr. Kouch is super nice, has a good sense of humor, and is so good at what he does- if an issue crops up, he'll squeeze you in and do his best to fix whatever's going on. He has a great understanding of how every part of your body works in tandem- he told me that one of my legs

I have been going to Dr Kouch for 6 months now, and I am thankful to have discovered him. Between his treatments and his daily tips, my back is in better shape. I have always liked the one-on-one atmosphere of the office. Also for someone who has work monday-friday i dont have time to see a doctor during the week.. thats why i love Kouch Chiropractic his open on saturdays!!

Dr. Kouch treats multiple members of our family. Our son, 18, was referred to Dr. Kouch by his pediatrician after suffering a concussion. The primary visit was very thorough and Dr. Kouch took a lot of time to get all details of his medical history and current condition before even discussing or attempting treatment. Our son was also diagnosed with pediatric migraines at the age of 4 and as a result of the concussion, was having very severe episodes. Following treatment, not only did his concussion side effects resolve more quickly than expected, but the severity and occurence of his migraines

Dr. Kouch is an exceptional chiropractor. He listens to his patients and adjusts their treatments based on how they are feeling at each appt. There is no cookie cutter treatment in his office.

Dr. Kouch is a miracle worker! Located in the heart of Natick, right on Main Street, he's easily accessible. He is a great chiropractor with wonderful bedside manner. He always takes me on time and has come up with a great plan to fix my back problems. He knew what was wrong right away and I experienced less pain after my first visit. If you are searching for a great chiropractor, look no further!
