A broken pipe caused extensive flooding to our two-story home and all but three rooms downstairs sustained damage. Water poured out of light fixtures, in between walls, and its weight on the ceilings caused a complete collapse in one of the rooms. SERVEPRO was there within an hour and took control of the situation while we just stood there, trying to understand what had happened to our home. Xavier, Andrew, R.J., and Isaac were all incredible to work with and they kept us informed during each stage of remediation. Professional, expedient, and empathetic, they were just who we needed to help us

SERVPRO Stone Oak has been great to work with over the past two months while dealing with a garage fire and smoke damage to my home. Ritt and Sean have been very responsive and professional to work with. And the Response team led by Crystal was beyond helpful, professional and communicative. They were patient and diligent with cleaning and then packing up my home for storage.

Ram and his crew were amazing. their customer service is by far exceeding. he assured me everything was going to be okay and that they were going to do their very best to make sure everything is done right. that they did!!! he always answered my calls and if he wasn't available he called us back right away. i would highly recommend servpro stone oak; hands down. thank you ram and crew for all that y'all did. great job!
