There is no other security company - local or national - who can beat their incredible customer service! No high pressure sales pitch and genuine care and consideration for you as the customer! I had amazing daily communication from Loretta and Ryan during a history-making blizzard to reschedule several times. And Mike and Nick are awesome guys!… Great technicians and incredibly professional. No bait and switch like ADT. Received everything that I was told I was going to receive. Outstanding Tec, very helpful showing us what is needed and how to run the system. Love it.
I took the extra $5.00 a month for protection just in case the system goes down and needs repair. Fair price for a fine product.
No pressure sales at all. Very friendly folks, not like the big guys of whom all they do is bait and switch you. I threw them out of my house and they still owe me money for damaging my dry wall.
