Based in Atlanta (technically, Smyrna), we're here to make the home loan process a simple one for you.

Myth #1: Each mortgage is unique and there is no way to display all rates for all scenarios. The Truth: It may not be possible to display all possible scenarios, but we can give accurate quotes on 99% of the average borrower's situation.
Buying a home is a big life decision. If you are considering buying a home but you also feel as though some financial guidance would benefit you, we would recommend hiring a Certified Financial Planner. A CFP is a credentialed financial professional. They must adhere. One of the things that make us stand out from other mortgage brokers is that we are local to Atlanta and we prioritize making ourselves available to meet with you face-to-face.
Well, it may seem obvious that we would say to make a connection and relationship with a mortgage lender before a real estate agent, so it is also obvious that we, your helpful friend, have info to back us up on this one! It truly is never fun when you have found your dream house to later realize that it's just outside your financial reach.

We recently went through the refinancing process with ATL Mortgage, and it was ridiculously easy and smooth. Sean processed our original mortgage and when the possibility of refinancing came up he was so quick to make sure we knew all of our options and gave us guidance in what choice would we be best for us.
