I have gotten boxes from here twice. The lady at the front with the cute lab has helped me both times. I am not ordering big quantities, but she has treated me so well. She went out of her way to find what I needed, and held them for me until I could come pick them up. What I love most about this business is that they're easy. All of the other supply companies require a minimum purchase amount, or they charge you extra, to do will-call--which is just where you go there and pick up the supplies. Great staff, service, options, and pooch that greats you when you walk in.
