Waterproofing your home can be done multiple ways and every company does it differently. AquaProof is the home of customization when it comes to working on your home; we do not have a one system fix all that we install on everyone's homes. Our Representatives will come to your home, evaluate your individual issue(s) and leave you with an understanding of what we can do to fix the issue(s).
Foundation Repair comes at a high price however one that is needed to keep your home structurally sound. There are many different things that can attribute to foundation repairs like sinking, shifting or bowing foundation walls and many different opinions on how to properly repair each issue. The two main causes of foundation repair are pressure build up which cause your walls to bow and soil erosion which causes the foundation to sink or shift.
Yard Drainage includes Yard Lines also known as French Drains are used to pull water out of your yard that is pooling to make your yard usable again! Standing water in your yard can make a muddy mess with kids and/or pets playing outside or when it's time to cut the grass. Using a small piece of equipment we can install a yard line or two making your yard user friendly!
Clean proper working gutters are your homes first line of defense and protection against water and foundation damage. When water can't be controlled by your gutters it will cascade causing a waterfall right at your foundation. This is allowing extra water to hit your foundation that shouldn't be there, more pressure on the foundation from the soil expanding and soil erosion.

I used AquaProof at my previous residence with excellent results.
My current house at the bottom of a hill has kept AquaProof busy for the last few years. Danny (the owner), his field crew and the ladies at the office are a delight to work with.
My drainage issues originated when I didn’t listen to my real estate agent and purchased a lot at the bottom of a hill.
A 100-foot yard line was initially installed by AquaProof at the bottom of the yard to mitigate the rainy swamp that developed naturally from the yard elevation. My rear downspouts were tied into this line to eliminate the standard

Danny and his team far exceeded my expectations for the work we had done! Being a first time home owner is scary enough, but when you need to waterproof the basement and garage... it can be overwhelming. Danny took time to explain everything they would be doing and the benefits. I did not feel as if I was getting a sales pitch, I trusted that the work and process would benefit my home greatly. I've used AquaProof for the last 20 years for about 5 different projects
and it's the only number I call when I have a problem. The latest was a craw space on a lake house that was supposed to have been professionally done before. I struggled with a musty smell in the entire house that really bothered me and my family.
We tried different ideas way too long with no success. Danny and the crew spent time to examine the situation, arrive at a plan and execute the plan for the best outcome. I can't believe after a week what a difference in the indoor air quality. As the crew dug around the outside

We called Aquaproof because we had repeated leaks into our basement through a window well drain that was not working properly. James Cline came out to provide an estimate and diagnosed as a faulty gutter issue instead of a window well drain...He could have easily charged us thousands of dollars to do the work- and nothing would have been fixed, but instead he acted with integrity, gave us the honest solution and we were able to fix for a couple hundred dollars with a new gutter....Needless to say, I recommend and trust James completely....you can trust these guys!

Our church had been dealing with a leaky basement for a number of years. Heavy rains would make 1/2 of our basement unusable. We had made several attempts, unsuccessfully, to fix it ourselves. AquaProof is one of those companies I love to recommend. We've hired them for several issues, including cracks in our foundation and drainage, and they have been excellent to work with. The owner has never tried to upsell me or recommend unnecessary repairs; the quality of their work is excellent (any small issues we've had have been addressed immediately); and their employees are very professional. I hired Aquaproof after finding foundation damage in my new house. To put it as the salesman said it, they aren't going to be the cheapest in town but its a guaranteed fix. They back their work with a life of the home warranty that is transferable. They've been around for 30+ years and by far have the best fix and service in the Cincinnati area to a failing foundation. They were courteous to my neighbors property and even put dirt around the yard and graded it for me. Highly recommend!

I called the company about my issue with a exterior drain for my sump pump and left a message and they returned my call very quickly. They came out the next day and gave me an estimate (which was about half of what Roto Rooter quoted me). They talked me through all work to be done and performed it the following day without issue. Danny and team were very professional.
One of the reasons I reached out to them is that I used their services some 10 years back or so to install a French drain that has been working very well.

Strongly consider exchanging your cash for their services to a more thoughtful company. This company is probably excellent at what they do but the manner in which they go about their business is questionable. It was my experience that AquaProof doesn't have very good customer service: they have a strong no exceptions policy that both members of the household must be present for the inspection/estimate to take place and, frankly, their leadership is too discourteous to reconsider extenuating circumstances.

My neighbor recently hired AquaProof for repairs. I came home one evening to find all the dirt from my neighbor's foundation piled up against my house and all over my lawn, as well as a backhoe parked between our houses. I was not notified by my neighbor, and I was never approached by AquaProof. The next day I approached one of the employees to see when the dirt would be removed because I was never informed. Unfortunately, we've had some water issues in our basement for quite some time and decided to bit the bullet and get it permanently repaired. Brent came to our house and was extremely knowledgeable and well-spoken when dealing with customers. He let us know clearly in an easy to understand manner how exactly he would fix our problem. Since we met with 4 other companies, I feel like I can say this with conviction.

Excellent Service! Rick and Brent and their staff were awesome!! I had my basement water proofed on 2/15/2016. They showed up promptly at 8 am and was completely done by 8 pm. The crew was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and very neat! They cleaned up great, I believe my basement was cleaner when they finished then when they started. My basement is completely dry, I'm so confident now with every rain because I know my basement is leak free. I would highly recommend Aqua Proof. They weren't the lowest bidder, but I do believe I received the biggest bang for my buck. True Professionals

AquaProof and their team of employees did a fantastic job on our house! In one day they came out and replaced all of our gutters, installed glass block windows in our basement and repaired a leak in our basement from the outside. I'm impressed with the quality and amount of work they were able to provide in one afternoon, not to mention it rained the entire day. Everyone was professional and friendly. I've already recommended them to some other people that wanted similar work done. Thanks again!

Called,gave as much detail as I could as an owner on the basement leak without being in business,the lady said its not enough after several good answers,said have a good weekend and hung up before I could give my contractors name and renters. called her back,asked her if she was the owners wife? she said she was the manager,asked her why she hung up,she said they are too busy right now.
