Project costs largely depend on your budget and scope of your remodel. The figures below are starting points for typical Distinctive projects, and are not actual estimates for work. Prepare for the following appliances: a range, hood, microwave, dishwasher, freestanding refrigerator. Cabinets - framed overlay or frameless full-overlay with limits on sizes, styles, and finishes.
You'll meet with one of our skilled in-house designers to discuss your vision for your home. Your designer will want to get to know how you will use the space, understand your style and get an idea of your budget for the project. We'll also discuss some potential design ideas. We'll take all of the information gathered at this meeting and develop a preliminary budget and design agreement for your approval.

Matt Faro was terrific to work with when my oven, down vent and cooktop went out and had to be replaced. The good folks at Distinctive Appliances referred me to Matt when we took the opportunity to add a double oven to our kitchen and rework the island for more storage. He and the team went above and beyond to make sure that the new cabinets not only matched, but that all the new appliances that had to be put in were upgraded to code in the installation. This was my 3rd project with Distinctive Remodeling and I would never use any other company for remodeling work in my home. The owner, Eddie Cassanave, and his team of skilled professionals do outstanding work on all fronts. This most recent project included two major updates to my family room area. We replaced a dated built in bookcase with custom wood cabintry to house a wine refrigerator and bar area. Distinctive Remodeling was referred to us by a neighbor who used them for a similar project; converting a screened deck into a 3 season sunroom with a natural gas fireplace. We interviewed multiple general contractors and Distinctive was the only one that didn't feel like a sales meeting. Michelle was very helpful in making all my choices. She lead me to the backsplash I choose and I love it. I would never have imagined it would look like this if she had not shown me pictures of it. She always gave me all the time I needed and was there to answer any questions I had.

I used Distinctive Remodeling for two complete bathroom remodels, wet bar in bonus room complete update and entire second floor was painted. I cannot say enough about the how easy and enjoyable the whole process was with Michelle and Mike as my main designer/project manager. The workmanship has been outstanding and I was thrilled at the warranty on their work. I have used Distinctive Remodeling for multiple projects over the years: master bath - kitchen - guest bathrooms - powder room AND laundry room. Every remodel was impeccably designed and flawlessly renovated. I always knew what was happening, always informed of any delays and/or issues, and most importantly always felt like I was being dealt with honestly.
