The Xcel Team is an invitation-only competitive team. This program is designed for girls who are interested in taking their gymnastics to the next level without the rigorous time commitment of the level program while offering an affordable competitive experience. Because this is a competitive program, commitment is required from the parents and athlete for the entire season, August through May.

Services
Class sessions run on a month to month agreement with tuition billed on the first day of each session. We find that athletes are most successful when they have consistency; the more time they spend in the gym, the stronger they get. The number of classes your child attends should depend not only on your own time and schedule but also on how fast you want them to progress through the programs.
Pre Team is an invitation only program designed for girls who show natural talent and/or a strong enthusiasm for gymnastics. Pre-team gives gymnasts and families a glimpse at structured competitive gymnastics. There is no commitment to join the competitive team after pre-team if it is not the right move for the athlete and the family.

First and foremost I would like to say my child is completely safe . The precautionary measures from covid are taken for the kids as well as the parents health. The kids hands are disinfected and temps are taken the moment they walk in and out the door . The teachers are patient , authoritative, but most Importantly loving . The communication between teachers and parents are proficient , professional and most importantly understanding. My daughter has advanced to the next level group within a few weeks of practice . Being here makes me very excited for her journey in gymnastics due to effectiveness

Alpha gymnastics is awesome! Super knowledgeable AND friendly staff. Very welcoming environment. The place is very clean and brand new equipment. I only intended to sign up one of my kids, now all my girls are requesting to join after visiting. This place came highly recommended, and I couldn’t agree more! #AlphaRecreation

Very friendly, everyone and everything is beyond expectations! My daughter loves this place! She told us this is the best place ever in the entire world! She doesn’t want to leave !! The staff is always with an smile. It has great natural light and it’s impeccable. I would highly recommend this place. We went to another 2 places but there was not as friendly and as clean
