I love clothes and fabrics! I love using my talent to help those who need needlework, and love seeing the smiles on my customers' faces when I return the clothing that perfectly meet their needs! I majored in fashion and cloth design at my university where I studied the science, structure, and handling of all kinds of clothes and textiles.
Afterwards, I worked for a cloth manufacturer for over five years, gaining valuable experience in the fashion industry. I have provided customized alteration services for over 600 clients for occasions ranging from high school proms to weddings. My clients have consisted of brides, bridesmaids, grooms, groomsmen, and flower girls.

Jamie was a dream to work with! I needed some standard alterations done and she handled it like a pro. Her workspace is super professional, light, and clean. I always felt safe and happy connecting with her. For those interested, she did the following work on my ballgown: took the seam up, shortened the straps, took the side in, added more structure/cups to the bust, and added my bustle with a few extra buttons on the side.

Jaime helped me back in 2018 with my wedding dress. I bought my dress from a consignment store and it was a size 12 with a lot of tulle & a long train. She was able to take a layer off of tulle to make it lighter and cut it down 2 sizes. Loved it ❤️ Each time I came in, she was polite and professional.

Jamie altered my wedding dress, as well as my mother's and sister's. During our session with her she was not very friendly and would often tell us that the adjustments we needed were "not possible", even though my mother, as a daughter of a seamstress knew they were possible, and my mother was the one who needed to come up with solutions that Jamie should have had the work ethic to do. She often rushed us, and did not even steam my mother's dress. During my wedding my bustle kept falling off and it was clear that it was not good work. Jamie did an amazing job fixing the tears on the organza back of my dress! She added lace and made it look even more amazing! She also bolstered my dress, and it held great all night and looked amazing! She got all of this done within the timeframes she told me! Thank you Jamie for your impeccable skills!

Jamie was amazing. Her communication was very responsive and quick. She was able to alter my dress on very short notice and within 24 hours due to a last minute wedding. She is very detailed and her years of experience with sewing and fashion is very evident in her work. She even made a video for putting up my bustle :). I highly recommend her!

Throughout the entire process, Jamie was kind, caring, efficient, and hard-working. She had to do some major alterations to my wedding dress, but did so wonderfully. She even offered suggestions when I wasn't sure about something. I bought a belt separately and she sewed it onto the dress - it turned out beautiful! I'd definitely recommend Jamie!

Jamie was very professional, efficient, and caring. I went in with my dress and she immediately understood what I wanted done with it and did it in a timely manner. When I went back to try it on after the initial alterations, things weren't fitting as hoped and she fixed it right then and there! She was very patient and understanding when I tried it on the second time and it took no time for her to change the dress and have me try it on again. It fit like a glove and I left very happy. Jamie is amazing! So sweet and accommodating! I found Jamie after I took my dress to a previous seamstress and she totally messed up my dress I almost had a meltdown. So I called the bridal Shop I bought my dress at to see if the had any recommendations and they said to try her. I have her a call and she totally fit me in. I ended up having to pay $650 in dress alterations altogether but if I went to Jamie first I could've save myself a lot of time and money! AND the previous seamstress had put on another back panel for my corset that was just the wrong material but a semi-ok color and when I left
