Jayd was really great to work with. She made the process of getting the needed repairs easy and painless. She kept me in the loop and was efficient at returning my calls in a timely manner. If you need someone that listens and gets results she's the one!

They have been great working with me on short notice to find a place to live since my last landlord is a slum lord and the city of mesa building inspector deemed that place not safe and the landlord refused to make the necessary repairs. I have been working with Sharon and she is very helpful and nice. She also gets back to me when she says she will which is important to me. I am looking forward to doing business with peak investments because they obviously take much better care of their properties. I'm renting a nice little 2 bedroom and can't wait to move in.

This is the third apartment I've rented but the first with this company. My experience has been exceptionally great and the staff has been phenomenal! The maintenance crew exceeds my expectations. I've worked with Michael Crawford on a few deals he's listed on the MLS. He has always been honest and responsive. I would definitely recommend working with him on any type of real estate transaction!

The customer service was great! Very helpful and friendly, I am new to the area and they made the application process super easy.

This company was easy to apply with and worked around my schedule to show my units that I was interested in. Sharon and Mike were a breeze to work with and when I went into the office to drop off my money order a woman named Rosina was very courteous and answered my questions about move in costs when I forgot that the rent listed didn’t include taxes. All around good service and I look forward to moving in!

Very helpful. They were fast to repair the AC last week & much faster at repairs than our last manager, would recommend Peak if you need a rental. Mike helped us alot & the Peak staff have been friendly & honest.

These guys are running some type of scam. We moved in and only stayed for like 3 weeks do to bug infestation and my kids would wake up with random bug bit (might have been from the neighbors who we heard were very dirty). Anyway, we moved out and have been waiting for our deposit back. After 2 months we received a letter showing they are keeping our deposit. Let me explain our experience here... once we were there singing the contract we looked around and included things like; paint not done in the kitchen, the metal door was damaged, range hood was not working, roaches were already present, door

DO NOT SIGN LEASES WITH THIS COMPANY! There are no communication skills between the investment manager and the property manager in regards to maintenance requests and their tenants. I have had a hole in my ceiling/roof for 2 weeks. I originally called the leasing manager several times and left several voicemails but no one would call me back. So I reached out to the property manager who said her husband would fix it same day. Long story short, it still has not been fixed so who knows what it growing up in the roof and what we are breathing. When i called and escalated the issue, the leasing manager

If you are considering doing business with this company you should collect payment at the time of service. They will call you out for service at their properties, no maintenance on site so they will give verbal authorization over the phone when approving the bid.

I should have known when they didn't require proof of insurances or a w9 that we weren't working with a legitimate tax paying company.

Terrible management company with uneducated rude people working for them. Do not ever rent from or use Peak. Save your money, energy and time.

This is by far the worst place I have ever lived in my adult life. There is absolutely no communication here what so ever!!! The water has been turned off twice this month with no advanced warning so far. And when I've called the office they are either clueless or they don't answer the phone at all.

The on site management is a very bad joke. He doesn't answer his door or texts when there's an issue.

If you want any peace of mind at all in a place you call home I strongly, strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

Would not suggest renting from this company they care nothing about the property itself only that you pay they leave all the responsibility to the onsite manager of their properties a good example of this is their location on n 27th st off of indian school called la villa managed by some pretty good liars beware
