I am so grateful and thankful to have had services provided by Phil DiLucente when addressing our local school district and unfair policy regarding a school dance. Something that may seem so trivial to others was a very big and important deal to me and my teenage daughter. Phil jumped right into action and was able to accomplish in two hours what I had been trying to accomplish in two weeks on my own.
