Buying a house is a big deal. No question about it. But there are lots of ways to make the process simpler, easier and smoother. One of the best ways is to take a methodical approach to the challenge. By doing just a little bit of prepwork, finding the right place can actually be fun and exciting instead of super stressful.

I played for a lot of teams in my life, but I will always have a special place in my life for the Whalers. I joined the Whalers and the World Hockey Association after a year with the Pittsburgh Penguins. Originally based in Boston, the Whalers moved to the Hartford, Connecticut area in the 74/75 season.

Each of the communities in the Seeley/Swan area has a unique character and history. To help brings some of what's special to life for you, I created this section of the site. When you explore the various communities, you learn more about some of the things that make each place so inviting and special.

If you love a Valley vista with the "double view" of pastures leading up to the mountain ranges, this is an amazing place to live. It is many miles closer to Missoula than the other places I serve, and it has a unique history and presence in our area. Born and raised in Bonner, Joe Johnson can remember when the Potomac Bar was a little log cabin up the hill from its current location.
