They drive slow through neighborhood, take extra care to dump receptacles and to place back down without tipping over, great at communication, and their business overall is run with great care. Big corporations act very differently in our neighborhood. This locally owned business is professional and courteous.

JT Waste is amazing. I have personally witnessed neighbors not have their bins out and the JT driver go to the house to fetch the forgotten bin on several occasions. The big guys would have rolled right on by. Fair pricing, amazing service, and LOCALLY OWNED. JT Waste does a lot for the community as well. Don't line the pockets of the big guys, support local!

I have spoke with Carrie multiple times setting up our service and today I had to call and cancel our service because we are moving. She has always been so nice to work with and to took care of our account right away. This last two weeks we have had the Holidays of Christmas and New Years, both times I didn't set my trash out as our normal service was on Wednesdays. Both times the driver go out and pulled the can to the street for pick up 1 day early on Tuesday. Amazing customer service. So much better than green and orange logo'd national trash company.

This company is amazing and actually understands the concept of customer satisfaction. They have gone above and beyond multiple times in making sure that my needs are met (making a special trip to my location for free, swapping out garbage cans, etc.). Every interaction has been friendly and prompt and they actually pick up their phones the first time you call with a real human being on the other side.

We shopped around when looking for trash service for our new home. JT is by far the cheapest AND nicest. One week I forgot to put my trash out and one of their workers pulled it out for me. I also saw him do this for a neighbor during the holiday season when their schedule had changed a bit. I am very impressed by their thoughtfulness and pricing. I'll recommend them to everyone here in Flagstaff.

I'm mindful of supporting local entrepreneurs and was delighted when I reached Carrie. She took the time to explain the company and was so easy to deal with, that I signed up. The new trash can arrived later that day, with no hidden fees, which was unlike all the startup costs associated with Waste Management.
I neglected to put out my trash the first week and got a call from David, who was checking in to just make sure he didn't miss anything. I thought that effort was above and beyond what I would expect from anyone.

We live against national forest land in Doney Park and just recently started using JT Waste. We couldn't be happier so far! With our previous trash bins, wild life was getting in daily and making a mess. JT Waste's gravity locking bins have made a night and day difference! No more spilled trash bins or having to top the trash with a huge bag of pine needles. Not only is it more effective for us but it was also very reasonably priced -- and they just picked up trash on 4th of July! So far I would highly recommend them! Also, for veterans and first responders: you get a discount!

First off, I have to say Carrie was an absolute pleasure to chat with! It's very clear that JT Waste is here for the wellbeing of our community, because they're actually part of our community.
