My husband had an Opal he got over 30 years ago in Australia that he wanted mounted in a ring for me for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Melanie was so wonderful to work with! She took time to explain the unique needs of an opal stone in a setting and to find designs that we both loved. The ring turned out absolutely amazing...so beautiful a picture of it made their Instagram! I would highly recommend Mullett-Hoover for all your jewelry and engraving needs..

The customer service and price can't be beat anywhere! Mel was great to work with on my engagement/wedding ring. It's beautiful and was an excellent price. Brad and Jana are always great to work with when it comes to our company plaque/award orders. And Rob is a wiz with our grandfather clock.

I've been a watch collector for years and at times when I've needed special attention on a particular piece Rob at Mullet and Hoover has proven time an again to be the my go to guy. From simple battery changes to working on broken cogs and repairing extensive water damage I've always been very impressed with his work and professionalism.

Recently acquired some chime clocks from a relative that hadn't run in years and needed some serious work. When returned they not only ran great, they looked great as well. Have also had work done on watches and jewelry repairs. Skilled craftsmen with excellent personal service skills that make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They are also free with information that has allowed me to make minor adjustment fixes so I didn't need to make a trip into the shop and pay for a repair, as well as doing minor fixes in the shop and not always charging, so I feel like when I do need to leave

Took Brad and Jana a Christmas gift engraving project and as always the did a fantastic job in a very quick time frame. If you have not tried Mullet-Hoover you need to go to their store on Center Street in Provo or check them out on line. They are the real deal in customer service and quality work/products. Have worked with them for over 30 years because they are the absolute very best! Thanks again and I will be back.

This is the place we've gone since 1974. We purchased our wedding rings here -- my husband has bought me several really nice pieces of jewelry here for special occasion. They can clean and repair any issues, and know what they're doing! Their prices compare pretty close to other well known jewelers. My only complaint is the parking -- on center street in Provo! It's not their fault by any means -- but it's a royal pain to find a spot to park!

Automatic Watch Repair: I am very satisfied with the service I received. They said it would be a couple days before they would be able to get to my watch. When I told them that I was from out of town and only had a few days, they got right to my watch. They were honest and helpful. I will be a repeat customer.

They are the best! We order all of our awards from them for any corporate award ceremony we have. We have anywhere from 3-80 awards and they always get them right. Also, as a personal help, they do wonderful work on jewelry. I had a ring that was completely worn through and they made it back to new. They are great at communicating, pleasant to work with, and are extremely efficient and fast. I would recommend to anyone.

I will keep it short and simple with this one:

The battery, on one of my watches passed away... It just didn't have any juice left in him.
seeing as this was one of my favorite watches, I needed to desperately search to try and find a way to have my battery replaced.

I'll be honest, first I searched online to see if I could do it myself.... But I just wasn't up for it.
so I used Yelp, to find a place that I felt could replace batteries on my watch.

I went in here, and I expressed my problem to the employee, and he told me that he could replace the battery for $12.50.

They removed a few links from my watch band while we waited. Took less than 10 minutes and only cost $10. Rob new with a quick glance how many links to remove for a perfect fit. Every jewelry store at the mall wanted twice that or didn't want to do it at all. Very nice people too.

My wife and I have been buying our wedding rings (we've lost a few) here for the past 12 years and we have always received great service and they have been understanding, helpful, and kind. When we had white gold rings, we got them recoated here a few times and they did a great job and the coating lasted a long time. They were originally recommended to us by a close relative who has also bought jewelry from them. They also fixed her grandfather's watch and they did a great job with that. Their prices are good and we highly recommend them.

I wish I could give this place a zero star rating, but I guess a one star will have to do. I was in the market for a pocket watch and Google told me this place sold them. When I called and asked them if that carried Hamilton pocket watches they said yes and I made my journey to their store. When I arrived I was rudely greeted by the salesman who acted like his time was better spent looking for nose hairs than to help me. I'm new into the pocket watch scene and didn't know that saying "automatic movement" was so wrong and looked down upon when talking about these watches. I

I sent in my watch, and I had to return it five times before it was actually fixed. When the watch was finally repaired, a large percentage of the face was scratched off. They kindly offered to charge $200 to fix the paint that they had scratched off. I wasn't remotely impressed.
