The sales experience was very smooth. I didn’t feel like is was pressured or up-sold. Dustin went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the machine. I had a minor technical difficulty about a month after purchase and Dustin immediately drove to Fredericksburg to resolve it. I highly recommend this place.

The bobcat we rented was in good condition but beware! We ended up having to pay rental fee on the trailer we used to transport the bobcat even though I specifically asked if it came with it. I was told that it did, but not at an extra rental fee! When you are renting out equipment that you can get at several different places, service becomes the most important thing. We won't be using Ranchers again.

I LOVE this place. I don't live here full time, but I need my power tools, and they have a great supply with super friendly, knowledgeable service. They remember my name when I walk in, love that! I have purchased an ATV which they serviced for a reasonable price while I had it. I traded it in for a zero turn mower. They ordered the particular model I wanted; held it for several months before I needed it; delivered it; and gave me a lesson in operating it. Who could ask for more? I have also purchased weedeaters and a chain saw. They carry the professional grade stuff that you can count on
