After being without hot water for 36 hours the plumber who was scheduled to replace our water heaters and reconfigure the pipes on a Sunday morning was a no show - no call. Monday morning we started over making calls and found people booked out four days to a couple weeks out until I called Water Heaters Now! I initially spoke with John, who did a great job of sorting through my needs/wants and options. He got me scheduled and clearly communicated the plan to the person doing my install - Bruce. Bruce showed up promptly, was professional and really friendly. He efficiently installed a new water heater for me and removed the older model I had been using. He showed me what needs to be done for simple yearly maintenance, and filed my rebate paperwork for me. I was very pleased with the quality and speed of the work, but even more so his professionalism and friendliness. I would highly recommend.

I'm glad I went with Water heaters now vs. other companies. Their prices are competitive and service is friendly and prompt! John was extremely helpful on the phone, with the pricing and all of my questions. Nathan and Aiden were also awesome in hauling away the old water heater and installing the new one. They were both very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. They also did the job in a neat manner and made sure to clean up all the mess.
I wish they did more than just water heaters, but I would certainly not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else needing to replace their water heater

Very responsive, worked over the phone with pictures, gave us an estimate quickly to install a tankless water heater and stuck to it. Jon explained pros and cons of both types of water heaters. Superb service and value! Found Water Heaters Now by Googling after receiving an outrageous price on a water heater replacement from one of the big companies. Water Heater now was very quick to respond to request and had replacement scheduled within 24 hours. Unfortunately, their pricing was $700.00 higher than center point with fees to finance. When I stated the price difference, they suddenly had "Discounts and financing available"

I wish there was six stars to give as a review on this one. Absolutely awesome service. Friday afternoon at 2:30p and my basement was covered in water. I called them, and they had a technician just finishing their last job of the day. They said that they would come and assess and they were confident that whatever needed to be done could be one today. I was skeptical, but that is exactly what happened. New hot water heater with new copper piping all by 5:30pm. I would HIGHLY recommend their services, and their name is well suited.

I had a 17 year old leaky water heater that needed replacing. I'd called probably half a dozen different plumbers prior to getting in touch with Water Heaters Now, and nobody could even give me a ballpark estimate for what replacing a water heater should cost--everyone wanted to come out, collect their $60-$90 visit fee, and then presumably bank on that sunk cost to get me to just accept whatever figure they could conjure out of the air.
