I do actually love how responsive the office staff were. Cool calm and collected. I would recommend, and I have already to others. The sales representatives, Randell and Drake are kind, and very knowledgeable. Just that there were a few things lost in communication between them and the office staff. No biggie, just inconvenient when they don't reply back after they contracted you really. They are really good at explaining and helping you out to get the best prices, sizes, etc. It's just that tiny con, but overall great. My panels are up and running. I love them. Much thanks to the company

The process is so easy. They do all the work. All the people working there are really great from Randall and Drake who went to my house and explained everything very detailed. Then Ashley with that ff. Up cgeck in to make sure i get updated. Carissa who you can easily contact with all the follow up questions that she happily answered. I am very satisfied way beyond satisfied with the service and my Solar. You can never go wrong with them. 11/10 for overall experience.

Couldn't be happier with the service and installation. Everything went beyond smooth and it was all explained to me in the simplest possible way. Fair price, good financing and awesome staff. We did our research and interviewed several companies before selecting the solar company to complete our installation. Solaire came out tops in every aspect. They were upfront about the costs and rebates and actually ahead of the timeline discussed! Carissa and Lana were amazing representatives for their company and ALWAYS returned phone calls and emails. They kept us completely up to date and, if they didn't know an answer, they did their research and got us the needed information. The installation itself was surprisingly quick and went smoothly. All in all, if we could give them more stars

Let me just start by saying I love Solaire! I have been looking to make the switch to solar for some time now. Just simply wonderful customer service. I felt like I was really being taken care of, as if I were family. They made the drive over to my house and explained how solar worked. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. They are so down to Earth!!! I felt very comfortable around them.
Their panels are America made, which is nice because I didn't want anything coming in from China, etc. I was sold on the Silfab panels. I seriously can't wait for the install in 45 days. They
