David Chowins is a devoted and compassionate attorney with more than twenty years of experience in law practice. He graduated with honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law where he was a member and editor of the Tulsa Law Review. He also earned numerous academic awards and distinctions. David founded Chowins Law Firm in October of 2000 after several years practicing law as a tax attorney with two of the nation's top law firms.
