This program allows you, the homeseller, to work with your favorite contractor and develop a plan in which you both are comfortable with.

We used the team at Settle Rite for two houses in a one month span - both the house we sold and the house we purchased. They were responsive, professional, showed up on time and did great work. All of the Settle Rite employees properly work masks the entire time they were in our home.
