Dell and team are extremely responsive. I’ve heard nightmares about other contractors not calling back for weeks. You get a response in less than an hour in most cases. Great to work with very patient for changes we had to make and overall great experience. We finished our entire basement and he and his team made it as easy as a large project like that can be. Dell and his team at 1st Choice were amazing to work with. They remodeled 3 bathrooms for me - they had a competitive quote that they stayed in budget for, finished on time and did quality work. First I want to say as an owner of 2 homes and a first time landlord, 1st Choice Remodel got me through my design and renovation jitters and made the process as smooth as possible. We are extremely happy with our bathroom remodel. First, it's important to mention I sourced quotes from no less than a dozen companies. We chose 1st Choice because they were the only company that would only charge for labor - I was particular with my supplies and really wanted to buy them separately.
