They charged us 1.5 hours for 1 hr of work, we called to ask why and they said they charged us for the drive to get to us, all in all they charged us 400 just to top off the freon, place is a rip off.

B&G installed my AC System 6 years ago so it wasn't that old when it quit working all together in July in FL. It was a Wednesday evening returning home from vacation when we found out. At the time I couldn't remember the name of the company even so I called a service tech from another company that came out on Thursday morning. They informed me the compressor was bad and that it was going to be a 3K repair unless the unit was still under warranty. I finally located B&Gs sticker on the side of the unit under the panel and called them to inquire about the warranty that was placed

Very unprofessional company. They spent 5 day and finally did not install the split AC properly and damaged the walls. Water from AC still leaking.

If I could, it would be 0 STAR. This is the most unethical and unreliable company in the area. SMALL story - just so relieve anybody else of this headache. These people show up to fix a cooler on Friday - do a bandaide fix to get us through the weekend with a promise to be back out on Monday morning first thing to complete the repair. No problems so far...
Monday rolls around...not only is the cooler down but there is no tech anywhere to be found. We call B&G...nobody answers. Nobody returns a call. NOTHING. We call another company - get us back up temporarily and schedule someone to come back

After hurricane Irma, we called B & G electric to come to our house to fix a weather head and to connect the electricity. After we told them we are going through our insurance they decided to come out at 9pm that night, after 10 minutes the guy explained that he was not able to repair the weather head or do any repairs since it was night..mind you it was their choice to come out at 9pm, he gave a story about having to redo the whole service line to the pole and make our whole JEA system "up to code" and it would take a whole day to complete. He handed us a bill for 297.00 and said

B&G dispatched a technician and he arrived earlier than expected. He climbed into our oven of an attic and crawled threw nasty insulation carrying compressed air and blew out all the lines, then reconfigured them to function properly. He was professional and took the time to educate me on how the system works and how to keep the system from repeating the same problems. He also helped solve another circulation problem with our other unit with cost saving ideas. Very helpful. The owner even called to check on us the next day. Multiple trips out and they wanted close to $800 to fix my AC.. When I questioned the charge I didn't get the answers I wanted and became suspicious.
Turns out my suspicions were correct. I paid a different AC company $144.00 of which $50 of that was to correct the wiring that they had messed up. When I reached out to them again, they would not answer my calls or emails.
Unprofessional and feeling ripped off.

Extremely expensive! And I had to wait 3days! For everything to get done! Because the first man that came out there didn't blow out the pipes to check for leaks, although he did say that there was a leak but I don't think he took the proper measure he was supposed to he was to my house for like 20 minutes before he left and didn't come back I called the company the next day and told them I was going to die of a heat! stroke smh the second gentleman that came out there to do the job was really nice I think his name was Casey, he got the job done on day3, he felt absolutely terrible leaving me on
