Moochie was born and raised in Chicago where she attended college at the American Academy of Art. Moochie began piercing in 2006, and shortly after began her apprenticeship for the tattooing arts where she became a professional tattoo artist in 2010. Samantha is a proud mother of two handsome little boys and on her days off here, you will find her working as a caretaker.
Born and raised in our lovely city we call home, Tom is a passionate artist and person. Tom attended and graduated the Art Institute of Chicago with a double Bachelors in Illustration and Graphic Design. Tom joined our Ink and Iron family in 2015 as an apprentice under Kris Thomas, which he accelerated through in record time due to his talent and determination.
For all tattoos, large and small, leave the bandage on for the first night; remove in the morning when showering. Wash your tattoo with dye free, scent free soap (preferably antibacterial) and warm water (as warm as you can handle). Pat dry with clean paper towels (do not rub/wipe), or allow to air dry.

Steve did a great job checking my ear piercing. It had been awhile since I had worn any earrings and was worried that they had closed up. He didn’t mind checking them for me and they were still open :) his team is great and I highly recommend this place.

I had my ears double pierced, and I am very happy with the results! Steve was very nice and explained every step of the process very well. The place was super clean and nice, it was a very welcoming and warm environment. The service and care they have is unmatchable. I was offered tea, and water to calm my nerves, I was talked to directly instead of through my parents, and I was treated with respect and kindness. I can not wait to get another piercing here! I will recommend to any one who is getting a piercing.

I got my ears pierced by Steven and Cimone. They did an awesome job and were so informative regarding piercings. I had bad experiences getting my ears pierced due to my own lack of knowledge and they helped me trust in piercings again. I will use them again next time!

I did smiley piercing with Steve and I loved it and I loved him!! He was so kind with me and so delicate with my lips: he joked with me so he made me comfortable and quite and easy! The piercing was absolutely no painful and Steve was really really good...he was amazing!

I highly recommend if you ever come across this review you should make an appointment with Tom! Tom is very talented and does amazing work! The amount of detail and dedication he put into my tattoo shows that he takes his artwork seriously. My tattoo turned out beautifully and I will cherish it forever.

I just got this done at Ink and Iron Tattoo and Iam so In Love!!! Lizz did an amazing job of drawing/outlining a couple weeks ago and Nester was able to color and finish it today. Both are incredibly talented and awesome kats to talk with! I will never go to any other place for my tattoos! I trust every artist in there bc they are ALL incredible people!
