Our A/C broke down right before a massive Heat Wave! We called David at First String Heating. He came quickly, to ascertain that our very old A/C unit, definitely needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, our furnace (similar in age), also needed replaced! UGH. David and two other men, swooped in to replace both units! They did a great job, at a fair price... and quickly... knowing the heat wave was coming! Thank YOU First String Heating!! We highly recommend!!

I am a V.P. for a general contractor and I have used First String on several of the jobs I have done and every time they have done an amazing job. Matt is so responsive, very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure the job is done right and at a very reasonable price. I have just had an AMAZING experience with Matt! After being quoted $2800 to fix a compressor in my very old AC unit from another repairman, I knew something didn't feel right. I called Matt due to his 5 star rating and he was able to confirm that it wasn't the compressor that was broken it was the capacitor. Matt was fantastic to work with, and my bill with him was $250. I definitely recommend Matt and feel so relieved that I found someone I can trust in the ac/heating business!!

What can I say, Matt is the best. His expertise and attention to detail is second to none. He is also high integrity and very straight-forward. He laid out the options to me and empowered me to make the best decision.
Then his team members, Rico and David were amazing. These experts came in and did the work in my crawl space with the furnace and ducts and AC. They took their time to do it right. They even came on Saturday to make sure it was done. Though it took three days longer (no extra charge) it was only because they wanted to do it right the first time and deliver the highest quality work

During these stressful times I know how busy businesses like this can get. Matt squeezed me in to fix my ac when it had quit working on me. I truly appreciate the kindness and thorough job well done! Matt is easily one of the sharpest individuals that I have met throughout my HVAC career, along with a vast knowledge, he is personable, honest, trustworthy and fair.
