I was having issues with my aid, and called them after having gone to Beltone, and modern hearing with pretty bad experiences. Brian (owner) took care of me right away. I was able to walk in, get it cleaned..and Stacy is also hard of hearing and she can relate so that was pretty cool. But I was producing a lot of clicking and static in my aid, and brain told me I can make payments to pay it off so he can get it fixed. I literally cried to him thanking him so much! They are AMAZING and I will NEVER go anywhere else! Thank you Omni for being here for me and relating to everything Iām going through
