Hi, I'm Fred Rivera, owner of Fred's Maintenance Inc. Handyman and complete home repairs. For over three decades my team has been providing various repair and remodeling services to the Plano area. My early beginnings in construction began at 14, working alongside my Godfather remodeling residential and commercial properties in Freeport, New York.

My problem is his fee.
He quoted me $1000 per day.
Yes! ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS. PER DAY.
He did not offer a half-day engagement and certainly did not do by-the-hour! Full-day only. $1000 only. This is utterly ridiculous for handyman services! I went with someone else.
