I have been a client of Money Matters Houston for almost 4 years. I will be transferring my money out tomorrow due to poor customer service. Using an investment company that changes an advisor without any notice (phone call, letter or e-mail) so the client learns about it while waiting in the office for an appointment is bad business. What is worst is when the investment advisor of 2 years acts rudely towards the client who complains. This is not my way of spending my hard earned money on investment advice.
