Learn Basic to Advanced skills for strength, agility and flexibility in our Mighty Mytes, Girls Gymnastics, Tumbling or Boys Flipping Ninja Class. Our Mighty Mytes Preschool Gymnastics program for ages 4yrs to 6.5yrs develops motor and non-motor skills through structured learning of gymnastics basics. Mighty Mytes love the fun associated with rolling, flipping, jumping, handstands, cartwheels, pull ups, rope climbs and more. Our classes are designed to build muscle strength in their core muscle groups (stomach, back, arms and legs) and strong personal and social confidence.

Charlotte Gymnastics Academy has been called by many parents a wonderfully family oriented "hidden gem" and has been in existence in the same location since 2002. We are located in the Southwest part of Charlotte near South Blvd and Arrowood rd minutes from I-77 and I-485 and a few miles from South Meck High School and South Park Mall.
Simply put, Charlotte Gymnastics Academy holds some of the best Spring Break and Summer Camps for Gymnastics in the Charlotte area! We specialize in small class oriented camps to distinguish ourselves from the typical drop off and baby sit type camps. All participating students are provided an amazing experience to learn new or improve existing gymnastics based skills wrapped in fun!
Charlotte Gymnastics Academy's Stellar Team has experienced incredible growth and success over the past decade with over 85 competitive girls and boys team members combined! Our teams success is centered on a fun, positive and healthy environment. We believe all children in gymnastics can enhance their self confidence through competition while building individual strength, agility and flexibility through a great work ethic!
Birthday parties will receive a 60 minute gymnastics class and 30 minutes in the birthday room. We furnish the class, coaches and the space, you just need to bring the cake, plates, utensils and the decorations of your choice! Parties held Saturday at 3:30pm or Sunday after 2pm. Please email childs age, birthdate, expected number of kids participating and preferred date.

I cannot imagine a more positive and encouraging gymnastics environment than CGA! Our daughter has been training for over 10 years at several different gyms throughout the continent, so we have seen all types of coaches and gym environments. When she visited various gyms around Charlotte, she was immediately certain that CGA was the place she wanted to continue her training. The coaches respect and appreciate that every gymnast is a unique individual developing at their own pace. The gymnasts are challenged appropriately, with a strong focus on conditioning in addition to learning new skills.

We have been to a lot of gyms in Charlotte and the difference with CGA are their staff and coaches. They take an individualized approach to training that builds lasting relationships. The coaches understand my daughter's strengths and weaknesses in her technique and work tirelessly to help her improve for the next meet . The family oriented atmosphere has allowed my daughter to build lots of new friends awhile keeping a very structured training environment.

We love CGA! My son took a recreational class once a week, and he absolutely loved it. It was a fantastic way to strengthen his core while he had fun. My daughter has been on the CGA girls' team for a year. It has been awesome. The coaches challenge the girls in a very supportive and encouraging way. The atmosphere is positive and the focus is on all kids doing their personal best. My daughter has learned the value of working hard at something that she's passionate about. She's happy and loves it.

My son has been going to CGA for about 7 1/2 years now. My daughter finally came of age and has been going for the last few months. I was there when ownership changed hands years ago and I must say that this has been one of the best experiences for my family. We first joined as a precursor to martial arts but he decided to stick with gymnastics. The culture is family oriented & not at all like many outfits that cause young gymnasts to burn out.
