I called them for roadside assistance. Once they noticed I drove a Ford, they recommended I check with Ford Roadside Assistance in case I was eligible for free towing. I have to agree with another reviewer - the best roadside assistance I've ever experienced. My battery was dead as a doornail. Dead to the point I needed a new one. Nick arrived on time and could not have been more polite and friendly. He is very knowledgeable about all cars and what it takes to keep them running. The additional tips he provided about making sure I drive it at least once a week for the health of the battery but also for the health of the tires was awesome.

My experience was first rate. Charlotte Hero Patrol pulled off an amazing feat with little notice.
I left an old truck in a parking deck because I could not start it. I then left town on vacation because I had a flight to catch (the parking deck was free). The owner of the deck had the police identify my tag and they called me a read me the riot act for leaving the vehicle. They threatened towing and storage fees.
I called Hero Patrol and within an hour they had gone to my locked home in south Charlotte, gained temporary access with my help, found my spare truck key, drove back uptown and retrieved

After a fun weekend at the Lake with our new boat, out trailer threw a bearing.

Used him twice. Very friendly, honest, dependable. If you need him, he'll be there. He gets the job done fast. I called for help and he was there in 30min or less. He communicates if he'll be a little late, which is good and shows integrity. I have to tell you that Nick answers his phone 24/7! I was in need of a mobile mechanic and called 4 from here on yelp....had to leave 4 messages and nobody called back! Recently had a flat tire at the Circle K in Cornelius. Upon reading all the positive Google reviews, I called Nick at CHP. I had an important work function to attend that day and I was afraid I was going to be late. Nick was on scene within 15 minutes, and had me up and running shortly thereafter. While at a car wash one of the employees inadvertently locked my keys in the car. The car wash called Nick at Charlotte HERO. Not only was he there and had the keys unlocked within 30 minutes he found the key code for my car and tested it for me.
