State Farm rep, Brock Honda, assisted me the other day. He was very friendly and professional. I could tell that he was looking out for my best interests and I greatly appreciated that. He seemed knowledgeable all around about the insurance services the Company provides. He went the extra mile to look into exactly what I needed and even provided virtual supporting documents. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I definitely recommend Margaret Yamashita's office if you are looking to protect something that matters to you.

My family has been using State Farm since I learned to drive. The times that I have brought my car in for repairs the process was seamless. My auto insurance prices have always been at an amazing value as well. The last time I went in the office, Jazmin Dela Cruz took extra time to ensure that all my questions were answered. She was courteous and thorough. I can't imagine using any other insurance company. Thank you!

Absolutely top notch customer service with incredible professionalism and aloha! Ms Yamashita and staff are exemplary representatives of State Farm and deliver quality investment support services across a wide spectrum of products and financial vehicles.

Margaret Yamashita's office is awesome! I've been with State Farm for many years but when I switched to Margaret's office they helped me to better understand my auto insurance as well as hooked up me with Whole Insurance!! Definitely would recommend them to friends and family!

They don't handle claims locally. Their mainland claims office is incompetent. I filed a claim with the mainland office on Wednesday and was told Thursday that the person that rear ended by car has accepted responsibility and his insurance will cover all costs. I take my car into the repair shop Monday and they tell me that, no my insurance is being billed for repairs. I call mainland State Farm and Gayle tells me the same thing. I ask her what happened between Thursday and Monday to have it billed to my policy. Gayle tells me they made a mistake. After I hang up, Gayle calls me back

Its unfortunate the reviewer above me had a bad experience. This must be an isolated incident. I have had nothing but success and great customer service from Margaret and her team. I have been with this office since 2003 when it was operated by Richard Lau. Margaret will take the time to meet with you personally on the weekend. She recently helped me determined my insurance needs on a recent home purchase in Ewa Beach and seamlessly took care of all the binder paperwork. Her staff has never made a mistake with my paperwork and is very friendly over the phone.

This is the worst insurance agent I have ever had in my life. I recently got married and it took me going there in person and calling over a dozen times to get my name changed on my policies. They kept misspelling my name, which made all of my accounts not link, which resulted in a much higher bill, because I lost the multiline discount. I finally got that fixed aftert 5 months. They had me add my husband to my plans when I told them I got married, they never once asked for a copy of his drivers license. (We're both in the military and he does have one with a good driving record). All
