The singing bowls quickly put me into a meditative state and I felt all kinds of sensations throughout my body, including a kind of mind trip of incredible imagery and colors. My daughter and I took the Reiki Master class with Michelle Kellogg and it was such an amazing experience. I had not experienced Reiki with a sound bath before. It was amazing and special. I tend to hear and feel my way through the world so harmonizing with the sounds along with Reiki was impactful in a most positive way. I highly recommend. Michelle was wonderful. She was very informative of what she would be doing before she started. My body was dead weight like in quick sand yet my mind was playing my entire life as in a fast forward movie. As her hands moved over my head I felt the heat as well as my feet. She checked my aura before and after and clearly she release several stuck chakras and gave me homework to continue my journey and Spiritual Awakening. We need more people like Michelle in this lifetime to help us navigate this path.

I had the privilege of using Michelle's services yesterday. She is very professional and knowledgeable in her field. I met with her before the session and discussed what brought me there. She explained everything she was going to be doing. I felt very comfortable with each step. Let me start out by saying if I could give Michelle a million stars- I would. I was a person who suffered from anxiety, panic attack's and racing thoughts. I tried everything under the book- changing my diet, exercising, essential oils, etc. but all of those only helped temporarily. I found Michelle Kellog on Yelp prior to booking a Reiki session for a friend who does not speak English and had not had spiritual work done on her before. Michelle is an angel. I had few different healing sessions with her. First we did a healing ceremony at the labyrinth in Red Rock Canyon. It was a powerful!
We also did a chakra balancing session where Michelle explained everything in detail. She used her crystal sound bowls, Tibetan healing bowls, energetic tuning forks, crystals and essential oils during our session.
She did reiki and played her gong at the end. I was out and on another planet, up in my crown chakra!

Michelle is amazing! She gave my daughter (10 y/o) a wonderful, healing session. Energetically it was just what we needed. She is truly gifted, you can feel her energy when you meet her, and she has a beautiful space. My daughter was struggling with physical health conditions and working with Michelle has really helped move stagnant energy and we are seeing results where we hadn't in many months. Michelle takes the Reiki level 1 and 2 course to another level. Her additions to the course really help you solidify a way to not only provide a more in-depth session with your future clients but it also gives you a way to show them their progress on paper using tools such as measuring their aura and balancing their chakras. I chose to take this course with her because of the added information that she provides and I'm glad I made the decision. The course was held in her home which is very warm and inviting. I didn't know where or who to go to for reiki so I searched on Yelp. I came across Michelle's page and it spoke to me the most so I reached out to her. Michelle is an awesome soul I needed my body and mind to be rebalanced and reset. She took her time to explain everything to me, used amazing gong sounds and energy work.
