Not recommended. Went to one of their seminars in 2015, was not ready to invest in uninsured securities (read the fine print, L bonds can lose everything) at that time. Signed up for an update seminar in 2020 to consider partial investment but was dis-invited from the seminar and was told that i was rude for not investing the first time.
There are plenty of other companies out there that are happy to invest your money (and likely at a better risk/reward ratio).
I have not researched them enough to consider them a scam, though the recent phone call made me feel uneasy. If this is how they treat

I made an appointment to attend a seminar they were giving at a dinner. I set time aside to attend this as I like to keep all my appointments. They called me on the day of the appointment to see if I was a good fit for their program. When I told them I had no IRA but cash to invest they assumed I wasn't worth their time. I asked to speak with a manager and when he called he was immediately aggressive and beligerent toward me. When I challenged this he called me things I can't repeat here. It was a disgusting experience and I pity anyone who would deal with these people. In my thoughts they could
