Phoned Tasia at 4pm, thought there was a problem with A/C unit, AC technician turned up 45 minutes later, he measured the air temp at the vents and made a few adjustments, a quick check of the system and found no problems. Charged for call out only, very honest people, I recommend this Company.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with this company recently. Early this year, their staff came to maintain the air conditioners and said both were in good shape. This Fall when their staff came for heaters yearly check up, suggested to replace both air conditioner unites, furnaces and ducts. Soon after he left we found one air condition and one heater are out of order.

I have used RW Mechanical several times and always very professional. The first time I used them my AC died. The first two companies I had out both said I needed a new AC system. I called RW out and Robert checked the unit and it only a capacitor that needed replacement. I have been a loyal customer ever since.
