This company has sealcoated my driveway for many years. They do cleaning preparation scrubbing edges and dirty spots with a wire brush. They filled all major cracks and took the time to allow the crackfill to dry before applying the sealer! Scott is a great owner/ entrepreneur who cares about all his customers.

One of the drivers threw their truck into reverse in the middle of the road and completely totaled the front passenger side of my car. The owner of the company showed up to the scene of the accident, and proceeded to talk to the cop separately, trying to strike a deal. After all this, he calls the insurance company, claiming I was speeding and clipped the truck, though he wasn’t even there for the accident. The insurance lady called him “the biggest a**” she’s dealt with in years. If you want someone who takes responsibility for their mistakes, I suggest not using this business.

Scheduled my driveway service 6 weeks in advance. Day of appointment, no one showed all morning. Contacted to confirm our appointment and was told we were all set, "hoping to get everyone done today." Called again at 6:30 to find office was closed. At 8:00pm still no show and no message or contact from the company. Extremely poor and disrespectful customer service.

I have had quite a lot of difficulty with communicating with this company. The owner, Scott, is not responsive in the least bit. He takes weeks to respond, if at all. I was referred to him from a neighbor and was trying to decide whether to replace my entire driveway at significant cost or to seal it for one more year. After struggling to receive a call back or email response from him, they no showed on the first scheduled date. Then after showing up and doing what could be called less than stellar work (see photo) I tried contacting the owner on 5/7/19. He said he would stop by to take a look

Great job on the sealcoating, which is what I'm rating. However, I was sent invoices for months, even though they were paid in cash on the date of service. A receipt for payment was given to me at that time. Even after emailing them a copy of the receipt, several times, I continued to receive an invoice. After receiving a voice mail looking for payment, I called and explained the issue. I was treated very poorly, and told that I had made no attempt to resolve the issue, that they never received any emails from me, and that they shouldn't have had to waste their time calling. Arrived late and did not give any guidance as to usage after sealing. We waited 72 hours before driving on newly sealed driveway (75 degree day) and it left tire marks in the seal. Also the coating was very thin as within a week it was already faded. To make things worse the crack filler started pulling away in areas and looks pretty bad, our neighbors driveways all look much better (used different companies, as we will in the future).

Michael W. from Lake Zurich totally was unfair, first of all if you open your garage doors you won't get anything on them! When I went on line to book my service I saw this review and hesitated for a moment and then disregarded his complaint. Put a little paint over the tar and stop whining.
I'm sure you will be satisfied with their service.

Do not hire these people!!
I hired them to do the blacktop coating of my driveway last Sept. The 2 young men who did the work seems to be quite nice but they were in a hurry so they splashed some black top liquid on my garage door which I didn't notice until they have left. I called and asked them to come back to clean up the garage door as I tried everything I could and failed to remove them. The owner came by a week later to look at the garage door and promised to send someone back to clean it up or paint the garage door if they couldn't get the spill removed. That was the last thing
