After more than a decade working on the HVAC field and having experienced the good and bad of the trade I've decided to take my next step on my career and obtain the Florida contractors license and follow my personal " American Dream".

Again, Khoolex came though to assist me with my aging air-conditioning unit. Response was quick, and Gustavo (who had every opportunity to upsell reasons for issue), found the problem and replaced the part.... and the unit was thankfully back in operation on a rather hot and humid day!.

Gustavo came out when my normal team was overbooked. Our thermostat wasn’t getting any power and we were desperate for someone to get out here and fix it because we had to stay at a hotel last night! He figured out what happened and it was a quick fix! Great price and great service! Guy got into the business because he too was tired of being ripped out!

I would give an all 5 star rating! I had an issue with my ac and needed someone to check asap. After reading all the reviews, I decided to call Gustavo and ask if he can help with my problem. He was very responsive, on time and thorough with the diagnostic. He explained to me the problem and made sure I understood everything that he was doing. He was very honest with his recommendations and pricing to me. I appreciate him taking time from his busy day to resolve my ac on the same day. Would definitely call him again with any ac issue!

Best AC experience EVER. Gustavo showed up right on schedule at noon, even though I just called that morning. He was so courteous and professional. Khoolex Air Conditioning came today to service My air conditioning and was upfront, professional from the first minute. Fixed my AC and gave a very fair price.

Great service all around from the ease of calling in to make an appointment to having my a/c running again.
