As the CMO of a small company, it's imperative that my calls are not only reliable, but also high quality. Ripple came to the rescue today and totally saved me and my work, due to my own fault. But I called them, got Brian on the line immediately, he did a remote into my computer, and found/fixed the problem in just a few minutes. I find this is the case whenever I call them!!! Great crew.

The team at Ripple makes my life easier. Is there any better reference that that?!? As a creative agency we rely heavily on technology and need it to function properly 24-7. Lauren from Ripple was SUPER nice when I was having problems with my work computer. I sent Ripple an email about the problem and they got back to me right away via email then with a phone call. They fixed a small glitch with one of my programs and the entire process was under 10 minutes. Highly recommend these guys for their excellent customer service and professionalism!
