Beware of this company they do not charge the price they quote you when you call for their service. I was quoted an hourly rate on the phone but that’s not how they bill you for their service. They did not tell me that they bill you by the day not by the hour. So after the job was completed in 20 minutes they told me the charge was for a half day not the one hour the job actually took. I was quoted $245.00 per hour and that’s what I expected to pay. But when they told me the charge was $980.00 for a 1 hour job I was furious and of course they had all kinds of excuses why they didn’t quote

The owner operator is an industrial accident waiting to happen. He is reckless, dangerous and unreasonable. Also very very unprofessional. If any disagreement happens his response is " ok I'm leaving! I don't care about the job!!!!".
And he operates like he doesn't care about the safety of the labor around him.
The crane is dangerously neglected and falling apart.
The owner is going to kill somebody eventually.
And just bad at his job. Like seriously, he cannot do a correct pick. Didn't see it once.

A simple lift I called for. I told them I need between 10 and 2 they seemed accommodating said he would be available 12 - 1. thought we had it worked out. truck showed up with load to pick at 12. called asked how far our was the crane? Three + hours! They said I was supposed to calculate the crane operators drive time back from Tracy because he was available 12-1 without telling me he had two + hours drive time to our job site. Idiots! trucker wont standby for three or four hours.
Definitely rescheduling with a different crane!

I wouldn't even have given this joke of a company 1 Star but the system makes us do it.
Our company called this crane company to lift a small AC unit onto a commercial ice cream parlor building : 16 ft tall roof line and totally clear of all obstructions
And next to a giant open parking lot.
This guy knew he had us in a bad spot because of the first heatwave of the season so he wanted to charge 400.00 dollars for his service. I knew this was more expensive but our client needed it done so his customers and ice cream stayed cool. So we agreed. But then he wanted us to go get him cash!
