We conduct an extensive internal investigation including prior employment and personal references. We perform a nationwide database search into each applicant's criminal background. Security personnel must undergo criminal history fingerprint checks conducted by the Texas Department of Public Safety and the FBI.

We needed a few guards to cover an up in coming event we were promoting, and we contacted Mr. James with USGA. He was very understanding and extremely professional. He responded to us in a timely manner and got us our coverage as we had requested and discussed. The guards that were sent over to us were also very professional. They were dressed as we had request that they be in suits and tie. Their presence were well known throughout the night as they walked about making it known they were there. We would definitely call USGA again for any event I and our associates would be holding in the future

This is one of the worst company’s to ever work for can’t say I didn’t tell you. They play with your hours first off and Bernard williams and James they got running the company in the Tampa bay area they ack like they don’t understand the meaning of overtime after 40hours a week they want you to work 80hours before getting overtime hours which isn’t right an then still not pay you for overtime anyways an also when it comes time to get your paycheck it’s always a argument because it’s never on time ull be waiting days then they take too much taxes out your check when it do come. Steer clear from the Tampa branch. Eric is very confrontational and a thief charges people for uniforms which he does not provided. Checks are tempered with and always arrive late. Cross your T’s and dot your I’s with these people. They take advantage of those with special needs. Bernard is just as responsable for allowing this to go on under his belt which he is aware of. Their both very unprofessional ratchet and unorganized and sadly so was James in Deerfield. No help when needed. Working beside them I noticed guards out of uniform after having been working for months. And not properly performing

I hired them for my event. All their guards were on time. I spoke with the owners they made sure all my expectations were met. I spoke to one of her leads and she was very professional and nice.
