I would absolutely recommend this company. The staff were friendly, courteous and on time. They work efficiently and the work area was clean. I was worried about my floors getting messed up because I had just gotten them refinished. But not a spec of dust was left behind. Not to mention my HVAC is running much better. This has been the best experience I ever had from start to finish. Vitaly, the manager, was awesome. He was honest and everything he said, he delivered right on. His crew, Caleb & Mike and another 3 helpers clean 5 system air ducts for me and install 1 new dryer vent line in the basement. They did an outstanding job. I will always use them and they earned my business. Don't waste your time with anyone else. They are the best.

We spoke to Victor who scheduled us for the following day. Victor shared that if he could come to us the same day we called he would call right back. While waiting for Victor to call back we found another company to help us the same day. When Victor called back hours later to say he could come in a hour he was very upset we had already found someone to service our need. Disappointed in how unprofessional Victor was about no longer being needed when he didn't call back in a timely manner as advised.
Now Victor is texting me and calling me garbage. Again, this company is disappointing.

I found Victor to be rude and condescending from the beginning. I was charged $187.50 labor and parts, and he put whirlpool parts in my LG dryer. Parts cost $25.00!
When I went to pay Victor told me there was an up charge of 7 percent to pay with my Amex.
He wanted me to pay by check, but there was no mention of charge card fee in any conversations or on his website, or invoice.
When I said I was not paying 7 percent additional charge on my written bill and gave him my charge card to pay original total only, he called the police and said I would not pay my bill! He does not need to be in a business

They have replaced the upstairs and downstairs systems, plus they upgraded the routing of my upstairs ductwork to provide consistent temperatures in every room and to reduce the noise level overall. Clean all duct and install UV light whole house purification

I had a hard time reaching out a technichian from LG. They have very bad reviews and they never picked up the phone when I called them. I went on Yelp to see if anybody does repairs outside the LG. I saw MMI with the most reviews and decided to give them a call. Victor offered his help the next day. He showed up to my house and not only did he fix one of my fridges, but he also called and spend a long time on the phone with an LG representiyive. He personally made sure they send the money for a repair or a person, who is going to fix my compressor for free since the compressor is still under the

I had an issue with my dryer and reached out via Yelp for quotes. Victor was the first one to reach out with immediate availability. He quoted a very reasonable price as well. He called and said he could be over earlier than he promised.
He arrived and quickly got the problem assessed. He fixed the issue and got my dryer working again.
