A dog/animal attack is a frightening and traumatic event, especially for a child victim. Dog attacks on victims are often unprovoked. Generally, the dog's owner is legally responsible for the injuries and damages caused by the attack if the dog was not being teased, tormented or abused by the victim, the victim was not trespassing and the victim did not provoke the attack.

Very rude once the case was almost over. It took numerous emails and phone calls to get him just to call back. Once my husband's check came in he never called us, we had to keep calling and calling. He told me my check should be available within three weeks at one point and IT MAY be intercepted by the dept. Of revenue so when i called a month later to ask him if he heard anything he was extremely rude and said that it was already explained to me that it was going to D.O.R. well no it wasn't explained to me that it was, he said THERE WAS A CHANCE IT COULD. Not to mention his money grubbing chiropractor
