Ryan grew up in Ballard, and is proud to have over 20 years of experience working in landscaping and exterior property management. He attended Washington State University where he studied Turf Grass Management in addition to Crop and Soil Sciences.
Services
You will be assigned a day on which your service will regularly occur- weather dependent- once you accept your estimate. Service is invoiced via email on the first day of each month, your payment secures your place on the schedule for the month. We do ask that any yard furniture or pet waste be removed from the lawn in advance of your service date in order for the service to be performed.
We offer existing turf removal, releveling and subgrade preparation - as a stand alone service- or in combination with new sod installation. We begin the service by removing the existing turf. We believe that releveling for proper drainage is absolutely essential to establishing a healthy lawn. It creates a solid "base" for success.
