Wow! I can't speak highly enough about this company. We were looking to replace some window coverings for a large bay window which had some challenges between size and minimal window framing. I called and set up an appointment with their designer, Joy, who was timely, efficient and professional. Joy helped me select the blinds and gave me a target time of 2-3 weeks. I also asked if they could do repair on a blind that was installed by Crickets and they were able to. Joy came out again once more to remeasure per the request of the Installer (I sadly forgot his name but he also should get credit
