Dave’s towed my BMW 750li at HOA REQUEST but they towed it with rear wheel up. BMW clearly says it must be towed on flat bed or with front wheels up. When we picked up the car AAA sent another company and they confirmed that towing it with rear wheel was terrible way and completely wrong for name.

I was sitting in Forest High School parking lot after I ran over one of the yellow concrete barriers and busted my tire. When called for a tow was told would be at least 730 PM before they got to me... however it was not nearly that long before he got to me. He was very professional and awesome. I highly recommend

These guys are the real deal! My parents were broken down towing their 5th wheel camper on 75 coming to Jax for a family event. They tried getting a tow company through their Good Sam’s Roadside but to no avail. When we found out Good Sam’s would reimburse them, I started calling towing companies. Mind you, my parents sat on the side of the road,… w/ no AC, nothing, in the Florida heat, for 5 hours. I called Dave’s and they were Johnny on the spot! Major kudos to Eric & Ryan for handling the 2 separate tows and putting my parents at ease. I hope I don’t have to

My trailer was stolen and they impounded a truck and trailer. cop told us to come pick our trailer up from Dave's towing and recovery, they guys said they had a truck and trailer. we told them the trailer was ours so they split the theives bill in half and won't let us get our trailer without paying the bill in full. Nobody informed us our trailer was being towed. Victim being victimized again 🤷🤦 straight crooks

Our car needed to be towed and needed a special tow truck because the car was locked in park position in our garage. I called and they had the right tow truck. They arrived within 30 minutes. The driver did a great job getting the car safely to the transmission repair place. Thank you so much.

My vehicle was in a car wreck and was told by the FHP trooper that I had to use this company. When I asked for the driver to tow the car to a specific place instead of their tow yard, I was told I need to pay cash and that they would tell me how much it would be. I was first quoted $120 by one driver, the quoted over $200 by the driver that… switched out. I said the place your taking it to is around the corner, so he changed it to $120 plus fees. I get to the specific place to drop the car and asked the driver to not place the vehicle right in front of the locked gate, to please place it

Ray did a great job last week getting my car to the dealership. No key. Locked gear shift. Locked steering wheel. Narrow street. I'm so grateful for his experience, persistence, patience, and can-do/will-do… attitude. I don't recommend this company at all. They were hired through my insurance company for a tow and I was given an ETA of 60 minutes. After about 70 minutes they called my insurance company to extend it an additional 45 minutes. 55 minutes from that point again, no tow. I contacted them myself and was told it would be at least 30-45 minutes longer. Needless to say, I cancelled my tow with them. Don't use them, you'll never get towed! Not to mention they didn't bother to contact me after they were already late. Terrible customer service.

Eric from Dave's Towing was an absolute pleasure. I broke down driving from Atlanta to Orlando and he showed up in less than 30 minutes, which was half the time they said it'd be over the phone. He reassured me my car would be left in good hands at Patrick's, told me he knew the owner personally and even gave me his personal cell phone number before we left each other and called me once my car was safely left at the repair shop. I am writing this the day before Irma hits FL. I am traveling north to safer grounds. My car died in Ocala. Ins. calls Dave's Towing Service. Shawn came in a relatively short time, even though the traffic was horrendous. Have elderly mother and uncle and 2 dogs. Shawn spent over 2 hours helping us secure a hotel, finding a mechanic to take the car, (after 5), then took us to the other chain hotel since I got the wrong location. Dave's Towing has a very nice truck w/ large bed to tow my Jeep Commander. THEN, the next day, I called them again since the mechanic was hugely inflating his

My car broke down. Called my road side assistance who in turn called Dave's Towing. They gave an estimated arrival time of hour. They were there in about 35 minutes.
The gentleman that arrived was very polite. Explained how he would be hooking up car. I was a little apprehensive about being by myself and having to deal this this but the man, who said his name is Cooter was professional.
My car was towed and I received a ride home. I recommend their services and hopefully you get Cooter as your tow man!

We are so thankful for Tim, a fantastic tow truck driver with Dave's Towing. While on a road trip to Michigan, our tire blew and we were stranded on i75. We were unable to release the spare and called for service. Tim came quickly and changed the tire in a flash! He was so professional and caring! Such a bright spot in a bad situation. Once on the road, he even called minutes later to make sure we were doing ok on the spare. We are so thankful for him and Dave's Towing for such great service!
