Very Professional, extremely friendly and helpful. Rachel went above and beyond to be sure I was happy and got what I was looking for. The customer service here is second to none! The little details even with the way my blanket was packaged when I picked it up made a difference to me, it showed the time and effort put in to make this experience a great one. Rachel was also super friendly and kind to my 4 year old daughter. Even brought out a treat for her :)

The newest employee is not only smart and beautiful, but the skill she brings to from years of experience and knowledge with commercial textile and upholstery really shines. Throw in her natural artistic abilities, and there is nothing they can't make, repair or improve.
This store is brimming with talent, and absolute devotion to making sure your visions come true. I need another 5 stars, because they get a 10 out of 5! Lol. The store has been there and in business for over 50 years. What more needs to be said. Rachel and Ann are FANTASTIC seamstresses/upholsterers.
