Huge shoutout to Brendan and Jason for helping me get a sled deck lined up from over 400 miles away and then going over and above to get it installed during the short window of time I was in town. Their installation guy was booked solid, so they stepped up and did it themselves. Don’t find that kind of service everywhere these days. Thanks so much for making my trip a little easier!

Traveling thru Colorado, I lost the front tire. They had me in & out in less than an hour, still sitting in the showroom waiting on my riding buddy as neither of us expected superb, fast service and genuine know-how about bikes. Hard to believe there is exceptional service like this still around.

Price was fair, Dave is great and went above and beyond. That said, they have treated me as a nuisance when I pointed out this glaring flaw on my brand new bike, an apparent result of tape left on too long. It is not simple residue, looks like they tried and failed to fix it before sending it out. More importantly, rather than offer an apology or replacement, they've asked me to "try plexus" (which won't work) and then have simply been silent for over a week. Disappointing.

Bought my Kawasaki street bike here and have been back a couple times. Guys in here are awesome and love getting out and riding themselves. They don't sell many street bikes but have been very helpful getting parts in within a couple days and getting me in quickly for service.

I’ve been snowmobiling for about 40 years and have had a few trips with sleds that break down and it usually always has a negative affect on the trip. Usually the local dealer never has time to fix anything immediately. I’ve been in Steamboat Powersports a number of times for small items but three days ago was the first time I had a sled issue in Colorado. I brought it in and Joel told me he did not have time to fix the problem because the service department was full but he offered to go out to my trailer with his computer. He told me exactly what the problem was and what needed to be taken

Exceptional Customer Service. We have a local Polaris dealer, and we drive to these guys for all of our sleds!
The day before Christmas eve all of the guys stayed after hours to put my sled together. They all made us feel like old friends. I never felt rushed, even tho I know they all had homes to get to. It was as fun as it could be!!
Love my new ride too!
