Consistently sealcoating your driveway with a protective seal helps extend the life of your investment by stopping the damaging effects that cause asphalt to become dry and brittle. Next we remove any dirt/debris from the entire area to ensure a strong adhesion to the surface.
K&M will not hesitate to remove snow from walkways and porches, and to salt your driveways, parking lots and sidewalks upon request. We will make sure a safe walkway is left for you. When hired for snow plowing we ask that you stake off the areas where you would like your driveway to be plowed. K&M requests that our customers sign a contract before we start off the season.
First, we help take the furniture out of the area. Then, we tear out the old flooring. After the preparation is finished we install a subfloor in the area if needed. Patching and leveling the floor will be done before we install any new flooring. After the installation is complete we always make sure we do our best to clean up any debris.
