They declined to make a door molding piece I needed after our dog destroyed one, and I couldn’t find a replacement. Claimed it needed a router. It just needed two runs of a router, and a bull nose on one side. Didn’t seem very specialty or having much millwork capability. But when it’s the only place in town I guess they can be choosy on the jobs they take on.

Huge variety of trim in different types of material. Extremely helpful and great customer service. I was only trying to get about 4ft of baseboard trim to match some 10 year old pieces that we had broke in our home. Prices were better than Home Depot or Lowe's and they had the exact style I was trying to match (Home Depot or Lowe's did not).
