Horrible experience.

After everything was approved and design was finalized, we were told our truck would be wrapped in 3-4 days. We scheduled to have the truck wrapped during the holidays in December. Because of this, the trailer would take longer to wrap. That is completely fine, we understood. Once the truck was dropped off, a whole week went by to then find out on the 7th day the wrap was not completed. All the materials were not present. I have had multiple projects done by Ultimate Wraps, working hand in hand with Lucas and Fabio. They wrapped the hood and created a design for my 2016 Ram Rebel about 2 years ago and they replaced an old decal I had on my 2014 Ram 1500 as well as adding new ones and once again helped by creating an awesome design. And now I’m having them wrap my entire truck, once again with an incredible design that they created for me! I expect no other than absolute perfection from them, as always! Fabio and his team did a great job on our car. So happy for the results. We communicated back and forth till I had the design I wanted. We dropped car off Monday morning and we picked up Friday morning. I highly recommend Ultimate Wraps. We took it back today for a final checkup and all was good.
