I always made my payments here due to it being closer to my house than the other location. Very kind ladies in the financial dept, always get greeted when coming in by Brock(sorry if this is not correct) Wow! Even the manager of the store (Ariel) helped me test drive my car when i picked it up. I remember the brakes were super tight, and he helped me warm up the car, and get it running nice for me to leave in. Thanks for the great customer service and positive attitudes !

Well this is my 5th car I bought at Chacon in Lewisville. Pete, and Keith are just great. I traded my 2015 Impala for a 2017 Nissan Altima. The car is like new. Not even 7k on it. They make buying a car seamless. I really want to thank both of them for the wonderful deal, and making me feel like family. There are not enough words to describe my experience with your dealership. Every detail was seen to. My credit is a lot better, and I could have bought a car at a Nissan dealership, but why? Brock Sickels is amazing. I was searching for a car for so long dealing with scamming dealers and trash cars but Brock was straightforward and so helpful.
