He was easily accessible by text or email. He was very careful and thorough in evaluating the structure of our home. He came to our house on three
different occasions to meet with us and address our concerns. He sent us plans and calculations within a week. We had a wall removed between the kitchen and dining room. Sam did an incredible job for me from start to finish. I needed a permit with the City of Mission Viejo for building a 330 sq ft 2nd story Deck. The engineering work and plans Sam provided were "Top Notch". He was easy to access by phone and E-mail whenever I had questions. When the City requested a few minor corrections and changes, he responded in a timely manner and the resubmission went smoothly. A great Guy to work with !!!

Sam is great to work with! My wife and I opted to call Sam rather than use the engineer our kitchen designer recommended due to our previous work with Sam. He is professional, responsive, honest, and, above all, extremely knowledgable! We appreciated his willingness to talk through options with my wife and I, and he even included three options in his drawings for the large beam we are adding.

Sam helped us with engineering we needed to get permits from the city. We needed it done in a crunch and he was able to work so well with the deadlines we needed. He was professional, kind, detailed, efficient, and a really great person all around. He was there to answer any question we had and always responded right away. I would definitely recommend Sam!! I have had several projects that Nick Engineering took care of the design and calculation. Accurate work resulted in minimal correction by the city, so I could finish the project on time. Sasan is always available and his price is very reasonable. Prompt response, on time on all meeting, and great work. I highly recommend him for any project.
